A poem for my six month old cousin

Well, hello everyone!

How’s it going? How’s everything? Remember in my last post, which was ages ago, I said I would be posting a poem I wrote for my cousin which turned six months old recently? If you don’t, I don’t blame you; it was long ago. So here it is!

Her laughter makes everyone’s day,

she is our  non stop entertainment.

She is so chubby and  cute,

she sure has mood swings,

but she still is everyone’s favorite.

She has got so many nicknames,

and of course, so much of fame.

Those innocent eyes- oh well,

you wouldn’t want a farewell.

How sweet dresses she wears,

sometimes with frills and flayers.

She is pampered by all of us,

I wonder what will happen when she grows up?

There it was, a poem for my cousin. She is so chubby!

Updates? There we go!

Personal updates: I am still in US (so long, eh?) and I’ll be leaving tomorrow for India. 😀

My holidays are over and school has started back there so I need to hurry up with the homework. AND I have got an exam just when I return. Great.

To my traveling: I covered California and other places and it was soo fun. I have watched the Disney Parade more than 5 times and I seriously miss it. 😛

  1. Have fun in India! The last time I went was when I was 10 and I really, really want to go again because I feel like I wasn’t old enough to appreciate it. I hope you take lots of pictures! 🙂

      • Oh… Ok, lol now I feel like an idiot. Let me reverse my whole comment. I hope you had a fun time in the U.S! How long were you here? Lol I’ll make sure to tell you! Now I know my mistake 🙂

      • Haha everyone gets confused, doesn’t matter xD
Yes, it was fun! And the funny thing is I do remember something from my last trip to US though I was 5 years old…
I stayed here for one and a half month since all of my relatives live here 🙂

      • Wow, I can’t even remember what I did when I was 5. I’m glad you had a good time! 🙂 Same with my family, some live in the U.S. and the others live in India. My parents were living in the U.S. when they had me, and I feel like over the past few years I never sort of embraced my culture. But, now that’s the complete opposite and I’m waiting to go to India again 🙂

      • Haha neither do I exactly remember everything I did when I was 5, just a small piece here and there..
Are you originally from India? I never knew that 🙂
I don’t blame you for the culture, it’s so vast :3
But now that you know it, that’s good! I hope you enjoy in India 🙂

      • Well, my parents are both originally from India, so that make me Indian. 🙂 I only talk about being Indian here and there I’ve never focused too much on it. But I really want to talk about it more in the future. I’m guessing you were born in India? I love the culture it’s so unique. Over the summer I’ve been watching more Bollywood movies which I used to do when I was a kid. And everything about them, the dancing, the music, the clothing, makes me want to know more about the culture.

      • Ah yes I was born and India and I live in India 🙂
Same here, I love the culture too.
Speaking of Bollywood, which is your favourite Bollywood movie? 😀
It is so nice to talk to someone who knows about Indian culture 🙂

      • What’s it like living in India?
My favorite Bollywood movie is Tum Bin. I’ve loved it ever since I was a little girl. But I’ve been watching more and more movies that are really good too 🙂 Yeah it is nice! I never really talk to anyone about this and it feels so freeing to finally talk about it with someone 😀

  2. It is fun living here. I love the food, it is so spicy and since I have got friends here, I feel fine. But there is so much of dust over here I sometimes get irritated.
I never heard of Tum Bin, I will try to watch it after exams 🙂
Always feel free to talk about anything 😀

    • That sounds really cool. Lol, the Indian food that my relatives make is spicy too but sometimes I don’t really notice it. Dust is literally everywhere here too! No matter how much you clean it always comes back and you can never get rid of it.
I forgot to ask you, what’s your favorite Bollywood movie? After you watch Tum Bin tell me what you think about it! 😀
